It's the fact that you can see how distressed she is and does NOT want to work with him yet they don't want to release her from the contract in any way. Glad Sony was pressured into this. Edit: Wait this is only saying that Lukes Contract with Sony is ending in 2017 and Sony doesn't seem to want to extend the contract?
