She had to pay to use the song? And Gaga had to agree to it? I wonder how she got that one past Gaga. It makes you wonder if it actually was something they kind of agreed on. 

I originally just thought Madonna did it knowing that Gaga was too kind to sue, and it was like a challenge, like come at me bitch I don't care. And that Gaga just rolled her eyes at the situation and let her be petty. But if that information about Fernando is true, that changes things a bit.
