I'm expecting to this to be ARTPOP 2.0, with everyone thinking its coming out soon (ARTPOP tattoo), but then it comes out a year later. I'm expecting a 2017 release. If it's not gonna be out that soon then don't talk about it at all, if she did talk about it everyone would complain that she's hyping us up. plus this is the first time we'll hear a gaga album that she claims she really has taken her time to fine-tune to be exactly what she wants, so I'd rather her take her time with it. It's not like during the blackout days where she's gone MIA on every social media platform.
