She's shared a few vids or tweets to let fans know she is creating. If that is hyping, than some people have an extremely low threshold for emotional excitability. She mentioned it at the GG in the most minimal way possible, at a question session after the show. She was asked the question and she gave a quick, minimal answer. None of that is hyping to a person with common sense or normal excitability levels. Some fans simply can't handle even a minimal amount...but they can't handle a complete blackout either. This silence will probably be the best thing for the record. I love that Gaga is just going to let the music speak for itself. She needed to go back to basics and remind everyone she's a singer first and foremost. I'm glad Bobby has completely reigned her in, to be honest.
