When I first discovered Gaga, I was very young so I guess I didn't have much thoughts on what I was diving into. I researched her more & more & was struck by how talented she is. She's really the hardest working pop star nowadays. That's a great quality to follow. I appreciate her for that & I like her music too. Why? Cause I'm just naturally attracted to it. It's addicting. If you like a song you get addicted. Not to mention she's hot af. And I've always loved her artistry and how she takes risks. I feel like I could relate to it. Part of the reason I think many straight males don't listen to female pop stars is because they just don't take the time to sit down and listen. They probably just blow them off once they figure out she is a female. It's not the case for all though, my Dad brought Sia's new album & he's as straight as it gets. Believe it or not, my basketball coach downloaded some Katy Perry songs and plays it. I still have my "straight" music I listen to if that's the correct stereotype. I enjoy Eminem & Jay Z allot. So to sum it up, what really has made me respect Gaga as an artist is my open mindedness & just my instinctive attraction to herself + her music. Thank you for this post, I often feel weird not being gay but being a hardcore Gaga fan I'm glad I'm not the only one... Too many people here with moral superiority complex. Schwerk 7,246
I think the biggest 'problem' was the GP not seeing Gaga as a human being. And there's a multitude of reasons behind this. I'm still so surprised how many people judge a book by it's cover. According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch
