On Oricon she'll always debut in the top 10 (she hasn't had a #1 single in a while, Red Carpet was #2 but she's usually somewhere in the 5-10 range), then fall down to around #20 the week after. It depends on how much competition there is with other releases that week. I just think the Japanese songs are more popular on iTunes Japan. Or at least, they have more longevity.
