According to Solar, she was he one who saw her fall, rushed to her help and provided first aid, called an ambulance for her and alerted other people of Wendy's accident, as she was appearently the only one around that saw & helped her. According to the statements of SBS during the time, all of those things were supposedly done by SBS staffers who "immediately rushed to Wendy's help".
