Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga - Red, Hot & Blue Announced (aka C2C Act 2)

I couldn't find a topic for this. I'm surprised it hasn't already been posted.

In August of 2014 Tony Bennet and Lady Gaga announced a sequel to Cheek to Cheek called Red, Hot & Blue.

Bennett says he and Gaga are already eyeing a follow-up to Cheek To Cheek -- a recreation of Cole Porter's 1936 song cycle "Red, Hot & Blue."

"I received the music for that," Bennett says. "When I told Lady Gaga, I said, 'If ('Cheek To Cheek') goes well, we could do a follow-up with Cole Porter, 'Red, Hot & Blue.' She said, 'Why wait? Let's do it right away.' So we're gonna do two albums in a row with her. We'll have to try and do that as soon as possible, just as a follow-up for a second album."

Personally, I'm looking forward to this. I enjoyed Cheek to Cheek. After the disappointment of ARTPOP, it was nice to hear quality music from Gaga again. I hope it's released in the summer this year, similar to how Cheek to Cheek was released in the summer of 2014. I just hope there's at least one original song on the album. It would be interesting to hear an original jazz song from Gaga.

i'm excited tbh! i originally didn't like cheek to cheek at all, but as she went on tour and slayed those vocals i ended up loving all the songs she was on and showing everyone so they were in awe at ha skill lmao
