Gaga still appreciates her and she was and is a major influence to her but Gaga still knows that there's a disconnect between the two of them. There isn't quite really a feud anymore. They're not dissing each other. They're cool now. But it isn't on a level where she can just tribute the woman who's discredited Gaga's creativity.
