I used to follow that stuff and back in like 2012 she used to get 1 million followers a month, but then the end of 2013 and 2014 came, and she was only getting 200 thousand a month. It's not a decline, I.e. people did not unfollow her, it's just that not as much people started following her THEN. After the Bowie tribute followers started pouring in again as you see.
