If we set our expectations too high and she doesn't meet them our reaction will not be constructive and sometimes people get into disrespectful territory. Expect talent, but not the second coming of Jesus. We need to remember that Gaga is talented, genuine, and will be trying her best to put on a great performance that takes a stand on an issue very important to her. In this world the best thing we can give is the honest expression of what our heart cares about most, and regardless of how the performance turns out that is what Gaga is doing. Respect that. I actually think it would be in poor taste for her to use hype surrounding a song about sexual assault to announce a lead single or name of the album.
