Gotta say this Kesha case really helps Gaga and Diane selling they're song. lol, i know this doesn't sound but the timming was really great. And it's good, because people only understand it if it happened in the family or to them or there's a celebrity involved, who's having a real struggle. Gaga and Diane have already surpassed the struggle so it doesn't have the same impact (for the basic minds, at least)

Don't be so stupid.

1: this is the Academy Awards

2: this isn't a circle jerk of famous people who have been abused / raped

I hope if Gaga wins she let's Diane accept the award instead of herself.  After all she was the back bone of this song and she's the one who single handedly pushed for its release and awareness.

The hardest thing in this world is to live in it

NO NO NO NO NO

Nearly everyone wants Ke$ha to be free, that's an absolute given but when you start dedicating songs about rape to her... Things step up another level. I honestly think dedicating it to her would be not only tacky, but a grave error in judgement. Ke$ha will probably come to mind when the song is being sang, there is no need to say it and practically call Dr Luke a rapist at an award show.

I'm glad some people are making sense at least.

I honestly don't think it's a good idea if she mentions Kesha, she should just dedicate it to everyone who has suffered from sexual abuse. It would look like she is jumping on the #freekesha bandwagon (I know that isn't the case) but the media will make it look that way.
