I didn't expect every single of her major performance to be uploaded on her VEVO account until recently. I know they're slightly late, but as pointed out by some members here, the network channels that aired these performances hold the copyright for some time before they can be uploaded to LadyGagaVEVO. I'm not saying this is a major thing but I think it's nice to appreciate the fact that Bobby's been doing market research. I mean: I'm not sure if they're able to fight for the copyrights of the Oscar performance but I hope they upload the performance to her VEVO later. I also noticed that none of the major artists had their Grammy performance uploaded to neither their official VEVO accounts nor TheGRAMMYs' YouTube account, only Gaga. I don't think she actually owns the rights to videos of a lot of her performances. For example, I believe the rights to her Sound of Music Tribute at the Oscars is owned by ABC, not Gaga. I'm thinking that maybe lately they have been pushing for rights to upload to YouTube when they're negotiating the contracts for these performances.
