One, the whistle was blown a long time ago but Ke$ha was forced to rebute them by Dr. Luke over him threatening her, if I recall correctly? Secondly, I don't think anyone can predict being drugged and sexually abused... What was she meant to do? Have a wig with a camera in it for ten years? Sorry Wendy, I somewhat see your point but no. I don't think a victim of such abuse for years would feel confident enough to try a trick like that especially when there's threats being made.
