REALLY? i agree with everything you said here and i'm just as much against rape as everyone else is and it's awful that this has happened to Kesha. I'm just curious, if no credible evidence was needed for rape cases, how would they prevent innocent people from being accused of rape? There's 7 billion people in the world i'm sure there would be at least one case where a man would be blamed for rape just because a female accused him of it. His singles have the potential to be the biggest song of any given year. His back catalogue of hits is unmatched. He will approach or be approached regularly to submit a track for many singers albums. Do any of you honestly think he would agree to sell his track to these people who will cash in on an entire era based off his songs, without any demands? That's not how it works. Luke will have demands. Firstly a lot of money, secondly he won't want to waste his time on non singles because they don't get heard and don't promote him as a hot commodity. Thirdly if he doesn't get his wishes, these singers don't get their smash, their album doesn't sell off the back of a Dr Luke lead and subsequently there is no tour to pull in big money. Of course he has a condition that the songs are singles. Do you really think he can't say "no" and hand over the song to someone else that will use it as a single? Dr Luke holds all the cards. Its almost impossible to find the accused guilty of rape without a medical diagnosis or witnesses. But in this certain case, Kesha wants to be free of this contract. She's not demanding cash or asking for Dr Luke to be Jailed. Because she knows the fight will be longer and messier and all the while she'll still be bound to her rapist. Where is the evidence that supports anything shes claiming? if someone could show me that I would be on her side all day. I truly feel for her I really do. Its horrible if she was raped. But It also looks like she could be saying this because they had a falling out and this is the only way out of her contract. I wish she would have documented or went to police and we wouldent have to have these conversations . But I will not convict someone of something and destroy a life when we have no evidence of wrong doing. I feel lits important for rape victims to be taken seriously and the authoritys should do everything in there power to get to the bottom of what happen. But I dont think its right to say "Well she says she was raped lets put him in prison or covict this man because it must be true" Thats what some of you want? Besides the rape the rest is business. Far above the comprehensions of most people here. Its not emotional and feeling its law and fact.
