Basically Ryn thinks Katy was jealous of her for being a young upcoming artists and so boasted about how obsessed Ryn was with Katy very loudly at an event and also kept interrupting Ryn and acting like she wasn't talking. I don't think that was the bullying but that was just something shady Katy did. You can view some of the deleted tweets here. Spoiler What are your guy's thoughts?
