No it's just from Mattel (Monster High) itself. What makes it special/collector worthy is that it is more detailed than regular Monster High dolls. She has a special taller/heavier body that no other MH doll has. What may be more noticeable though is the attention to quality both in face and clothes. Her dress is full of stitched details and the box is super fancy and she has lashes and a face that doesn't look quite as childish. Maybe a comparison of the cheapest Monster High out there compared to her helps.
