It does not conflict with your country AT ALL. I'm assuming you're from Latin America. Literally not an issue. I'm Hispanic so I understand what you mean but it's beyond silly for people to have a problem with it. yeah im from latin america . no i never said it makes a conflict, not at all. but every time i see it being mentioned here people get offended (not country problems related) they just dont warm up to it. i also dont mean like severely offended, its more like annoyed at it. it used to annoy the **** out of me but after seeing its just common i got used to it. African nations that weren't armed were conquered by white armies basically overnight Asia played out similarly Not high points for human history tbh. Americans have the right to guns for defending ourselves and so far it's worked seeing that America is largely considered an impregnable fortress of freedom and goodness. I think it's just ignorance of American speech. Because "United States" is a mouthful to say all the time. "America" is easier. If people cannot defend themselves from attackers and another country wants to abuse them they will 100% of the time. It only makes sense that a country born from overthrowing an opressive dictator would know this best and do anything to preserve our willingness to defend our home.
