LoveandMagic 1,731
This is actually a pretty good fit. The theme of the show is self acceptance and embracing your quirks and unique personality. Many of the dolls aren't conventionally attractive because of this. Green, purple, and blue skin, scars, crazy makeup, etc. Most are based on famous movie and lit monsters. But they are embraced in their world and that reminds me of BTW's message of loving yourself and embracing all that makes you unique. Plus from a fashion perspective it's all dark goth-glam, which is PERFECT for a Gaga (doll) clothing line. Lots of shine, sparkles, outragious hair colors, thick makeup, etc. It works well. A lot of the outfits I've seen on the dolls out now really wouldn't have been too out of place on Gaga during TFM/BTW eras. Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."
