No, but i think an extended break from her might be good and time could actually allow her to try something new. I was a fan of hers during the One of the Boys era and I hope to see her come back in a refreshing way. Perhaps she's hit her "Mona Lisa" phase. I just don't wanna see her comeback with any Teenage Dream/Prism stuff (keep "Firework" type work though)

About the Grammys, she has every other award there is to receive, so I don't think she's that concerned about it...and taking time off is a nice strategy. 2016 is going to be a "crowded" year, releasing in 2017 means less competition and more chances for her to continue the success she has achieved with her last two albums...anyway, good luck for her.

I don't know her very well, but I think she does have a bunch of different awards, some of them quite prestigious...like that spotlight one - that's a hard one to get...
Anyway, whatever the truth is, she's already so big that getting a Grammy won't change anything in her life...I don't hate her and wish her luck...
