Others have the numbers (better than yours btw) and the grammys. So yeah, katy. Macarena sold a lot and it's not any amazing quality music. Deal with it.

Well, she's got to do what's best for her creatively. If she wants something fresh or more authentic, then that takes more time to find the inspiration to do. For some reason though I thought half the album was already done. 

Personally I'd like for her to go acoustic. But I might like her next project either way.

Not that the constant trolling on Katy is so much fun. Or trolling on Taylor, Madonna, Britney...is it possible to have an adult conversation about an artist without turning it into a pissing contest? We don't need "teams." Love or hate an artist, try to be an adult about it instead of devolving into a middle school attitude. 

Not that I'm talking about the majority on this site, just a few select few. We all know who they are. 

It's embarrassing how clueless the katycats are.  But they only trash gaga so it makes them feel better about Katy's lack of talent.  And they can trash all they want because nothing and nobody can stop gaga from becoming a legend.

She will release in Q4. We know this, her manager confirmed it as well. The problem is that it is actually realistic that she will have to go head to head with Taylor, in which case she can't win. I hope it won't happen though.Katy should come in October while Taylor in late November, give black friday to Rihanna.

I do my records in a more traditional way, where the cycle is three years, so that once I start writing them, I know exactly where I’ll be in spring of 2018.
