its because Jews always get hate. And Israel faces a high double standard. Simply because its jews.

Sure, but how does that exonerate them from what's being done in the political sphere?

Two wrongs don't make a right yes? :)

We're not talking about Jews either. We're talking about a PM.

Someone said that israels attitude is the reason why so many people hate it. When it's simply not true. It's because it is theo only country with a jewish majority. I don't see people hating China that passionately or India.

The person said people like him make Israel look bad. How is that hating?

FYI people hate China more than Israel in the East, so don't insert your own Western perceptions as fact.

Maybe in Asia, but I highly doubt in the Middle East and Africa

In Africa, Israel is irrelevant. Africans hate people in their own countries for the most part. Just look at Sudan, Rwanda, Congo, Morocco, etc...

In the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and Iran hate each other more than Israel, and they're the only actual threats to Israel.

I think you are overestimating how much people hate Israel. Many people like myself disapprove of what's going on with the Palestinians but I think you're imaging people holding bazookas to your heads when they are few and far between.

In morocco there were some really nasty anti-semitic demonstrations. Still a beautiful country though.

I think the biggest threat is Iran anyway

It's the biggest threat to Lebanon too, in the way of Hezbollah's influence.

I don't really have a single opinion on it. I can understand both sides

One of the main thing is that we Europeans need to understand that our countries are not in Israels position and is surrounded by enemy states. But in the end idk what is right and not

I don't really understand, not such a long time ago you said you did not believe in borders or something like that yet you think a wall around a country can be a solution?

This has nothing to do about being European or not, even if they are surrounded by enemy countries, they have the IDF, they have already tons of security to protect themselves and we know it. Plus the current threat come from within between Israeli and Palestinian comitting hate crime towards each other.

Would you agree if Trump was really making the wall around the US to prevent immigrants from coming?

No actual borders can work if countries wouldn't hate each other. Fact is that Israel is surrounded by enemy states who want the death of Israel and the Jewish people. The USA is not surrounded by enemy states.

Trump said that Mexican illegal immigrants are potential rapists, hence a danger according to him, don't you think according your logic it's coherent to build a wall like Netanyahu suggest?

Sure most countries are enemies but if we look at it closely when was the last attack not coming within Israel, I mean between Palestinians and Israelis? Egypt and Jordan are not enemy country so there is Lebanon, they have an agreement to not crossed and the border is protected already anyway, so what is left is Syria? Syria can be a threat but it's already a mess and IDF has been near the border for a while to protect it, if they want a wall to protect against Syria why do they treat Syrians no matter which side they are? I can't find any good reason for a wall to be built.

Whispering

Israel doesn't have open borders, does it?

I guess this is no different than all the countries in Europe building fences.
