Hellspont 1,468
Please Taylor just stop acting surprised, we get it, your products are mass produced for a wide variety of people, you dont deserve awards for it though.

She started jumping up and down and clapping with joy, like calm down, we know everyone's watching you and judging you but there's no need to go that far. Like the Weeknd just smiled and clapped. Also Taylor winning over Kendrick is gonna bring forth yet another wave of Taylor Swift hate, so Swifties better get ready. It's a win for her Grammy numbers but I bet you there's gonna be a backlash. Even though it's not her fault - of course she wants to win a Grammy, and it's not like she decides who wins what. Indeed. And that's why I find these situations awkward. Because just as much as people are gonna drag Taylor for not being deserving of the award, she didn't award it to herself. But at the same time, her stans are gonna probably just "YAAAAS STAYY PRESSED 2 TIMES AOTY LEGEND QUEEN HUNTY" etc in response to it all without even objectively considering the virtually undeniable idea that TPAB was more deserving. I see it like this. 1989 is like a McDonalds. It's nice, it's tasty, it's familiar. Nothing wrong with it, per se. But TPAB is like a fancy, expensive meal from a five-star restaurant. Many would much rather have the McDonalds cos it's their preference and that's okay, but you'd be kinda dumb to suggest that more thought and effort went into the McDonalds and you certainly wouldn't say it was a bigger culinary achievement, regardless of which meal you enjoyed better. I just can't get my head around it.

Koreku 2,387
The reception of gaga's performance is very positive! CBS news is going to talk about the performance as well. You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

User 352
The media feedback is very positve: The Daily Beast 02.16.16 5:31 AM ET Lady Gaga's David Bowie Tribute at the Grammys Was Fabulously, Perfectly Weird Could anyone else have paid homage to David Bowie? Channeling Ziggy Stardust, Lady Gaga saluted the icon at the Grammys the only way that fit: with unapologetic weirdness and glee. http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/02/15/lady-gaga-s-perfect-david-bowie-tribute.html
