Kayla 7,595
To everyone saying the tech was underwhelming - did you miss all the **** flying around her and projecting out into the audience? Name one other performer who creates a 3D performance like that with light and technology. It it took hologram technology in a performance to another level and was great considering they had to scrap their initial project and make a new plan unexpectedly not living up to your expectations, yet no other artist is doing it so....? Harry 26,836
I am ****ing LIVID. Kendrick robbed of AOTY TWICE. Taylor made a cute and successful pop album but I'm really sorry it was not nearly as inspired or fulfilled as TPAB. Not even close. Kendrick is always pushing the boundaries to HUGE acclaim yet he loses to an album full of cute pop radio hits. This is really not okay.
Hydrangea 6,208
I've seen soooo many comments bashing the "theatrics" of her performance. Theatrics?! David Bowie!? Are you mad!?!?!!!!1!1!1 Put your paws all over me
itschino1 66
STOP. JUST STOP. Re-watch and re-evalutate. Leave your expectations to the side, and just observe. The performance was really good! REALLY GOOD. Now, if you can't get over the technology, watch the new Intel video. You'll understand what THEY CREATED! TPAB was culturally relevant, historically influenced, promoted a positive message and real life struggles lyrically, showed a range of vocal and musical ability, and lyrically blows every ****ing album of 2016 out of the water, yet allTaylor Swift has to do is take influence from the late 80s and sing about love and homegirls gets album of the year?! girl bye. Bye forever. Grammys are done. I'm done. wTf

Maybe they were scared of a similar reaction like that again so went with the pop favourite to level it out. I'm absolutely pressed, and this isn't even a 'stan' moment like I'm sure most people who are gonna complain about Taylor winning will be having. I just don't think it's fair at all. They are both good albums that suit entirely different purposes but there is SO much more about TPAB that is a million times more accomplished and inspiring than anything Taylor Swift has done. He deserved that Grammy more than anyone.
DrewStevens 5,249
It's almost sad to say that Pitbull's performance is way more exciting than half of the performances we have seen already.
nath4gaga 1,274
Why do people like taylor swift? Her songs are all simplified, recycled, generic garbage.
PopBitch 1,218
I thought she put her heart and soul into it, but it was kind of a mess at times on stage, yet really good also. But Bowie was so smooth on stage and a crooner at times. She didn't really embody that is what I missed. Gaga's lower register didn't always work best for a couple of the songs, but she still belted out the songs. So good for her. But more than anything, I think if there had been not so much activity around her and by her and not so many snippets of songs she could have inhabited some of his songs and performed with soul, not just done a tribute act, it would have been more emotional. I didn't get the emotion. But I thought it was still good overall, just not great. But I guess really who could have even touched the greatness of Bowie. I would have preferred Gaga at the piano pouring her heart out in two songs, rather than bits and pieces. Still, all in all she did an admirable job and gave it her all considering it was a medley. I don't think Bowie's son was wowed. He cryptically tweeted this. The definition for the word "gaga." "overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused." Damn it! What IS that word!?"
