weed 70,946
So many people are calling her a racist and literally, as shown above, comparing it to if there were a KKK performance at the Super Bowl.

Fish 6,086
I don't have anything against the black lives matter movement... That being said, I have a problem with Beyoncé. This popstar has been able to operate with subtlety and ride on whatever cause is trending or controversial at the moment, pretending to be a social activist, while never really contribute in a meaningful and sincere way. When you look closely you see the emptiness of it and the lack of depth in her messages. I smell so much bs when she does that kind of things. This comparison is ridiculous, since those 2 movements have contrary goals and values, but so is Beyoncé.

Her and her dancers were literally dressed as black panthers and danced in an X Malcolm X and the black panthers rejected the civil rights movement, preached and practiced violence, and promoted black supremacy over all races. I'm so glad people from the black and police communities are both condemning her promotion of these groups and people. Her performance was inappropriate. DietCoke 386
Except Bey's focus was on Black empowerment (which is really ****ing necessary considering Blackness is still treated as inferior in our modern American culture) and the KKK is about hating every race that isn't White. Post a picture of Beyonce's outfit next to the Black Panther uniform so I can see the similarities, I've been looking on the internet but I can't find anything remotely similar to what Beyonce was wearing But I'm only a man and I do what I can. This comparison is ridiculous, since those 2 movements have contrary goals and values, but so is Beyoncé. More than ever before, it seems, Beyoncé isn’t just becoming political. She’s becoming a political activist. Since Katrina, Beyoncé has been more outwardly political than we’re used to seeing her, which is an artist whose political platforms are radical only when it’s safe. Her support of Barack Obama, her seizing of the word “feminist”: these are political acts, but acts that are, truly, popularity boosters for the world’s biggest pop star, whose mission tends to be more on uniting—preferably around love of her—than being divisive or alienating. With her middle fingers in the air, Beyoncé is done with that. Since Katrina, Beyoncé has quietly given $7 million to the homeless in her hometown of Houston. She follows only 10 people on Twitter. Her most recent follow: Deray, the Black Lives Matter activist who recently announced his mad-as-hell bid for Baltimore mayor. And Tidal, which she owns a share of and was launched by her husband Jay Z, just donated $1.5 million to the Black Lives Matter movement. http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/02/06/beyonce-s-formation-a-fiery-black-power-anthem-and-call-to-arms.html It's science, bitch

He's a democratically elected sheriff. Promoting an organization that supports racial violence and racial supremacy as the Black Panthers did is wrong and if you can't see that idk what world you're living in
