Should Gaga get herself a new management team?

Is this one of those throwback/theme posts? Are we pretending we're in 2013? 

Her management is incredibly savvy so far. The strides she's taken and the awards she's been collecting lately have been great. I'm not sure what could possibly be attained with getting different management that would manage her like some of the people you mentioned. Kim Kardashian Hollywood type apps? Drug store makeup campaigns? 

I think what you seem to be implying is an image makeover, for her to be as inoffensive and easy to like as Taylor Swift and Katy, or as easy to understand as Beyonce. Gaga will likely always be a polarizing figure like Kanye and Madonna - that's just her nature as an artist. You must accept this. She's unlikely to want to change, or be managed into something different, or she would not be the Lady Gaga we know.

No. I mean Gaga has talent but she isn't just asked to perform at the Grammys/Oscars. You don't seem to know how the industry works.

 

Also a jazz album going number one on the charts is enough for me to praise Bobby forever. That is a talented business man right there. And as for someone who is becoming a business person, someone to look up to.

Agreed!!! Business is part luck but bundled up with a lot of information and demographics. I think it would be a challenge to manage Gaga (not in a bad way) because you have to please her, her record label, crazy fans (i.e. GGD :giveup::giveup::giveup:), GP, radio stations, events, marketing teams, etc etc etc.

i would love to intern with him. See his creative and logical processes to see how he kills the game. He has to be a hustler!

No her management has been excellent ever since Cheek to Cheek. 
I am truly excited to see what Gaga/her management have in store for her solo pop release, considering weve got some of my favourite ever Gaga things to occur when shes not even releasing anything.

I understand your point of view but have we truly given Bobby a chance to shine yet?

Considering Gaga only released a jazz album and played a role in a renowned TV show in 2015, Bobby and Gaga's management team has been doing far better than a good job for her. Who slays left and right like this WITHOUT a pop album? I mean they managed to get so much publicity for her when she wasn't even on the radio or Hot 100, that's more than decent.

But Bobby and this new management team's true ability will only be witnessed as LG5 gets released. I think they can handle it, since Bobby was already here before Troy left, so he has rather garnered a lot of experience while they were promoting The Fame, The Fame Monster and Born This Way. If they can make such wonders out of Cheek to Cheek, Til It Happens To You and American Horror Story, I have great faith that they can do even better with LG5. Btw Gaga also has to deliver great music and live performances to truly rise, and she's on the course of it.

OKAY, you guys are only trying to get rid of Bobby because he tells you straight up to the point instead of sugarcoating ****, bye. Gaga is successful and happy with Bobby, not to mention MENTALLY/EMOTIONALLY comfortable unlike Troy. What you guys want is for Gaga to make Little Managers her management team so she'd do "a lot worse than ARTPOP". Keep in mind this is GAGA'S career, NOT OURS. If any of you wanna make changes to a career then get your own and do whatever you do, but meanwhile, do not try to run others.

Should replace "you guys" with OP tbh, everyone in this thread are against the OP idea cos we all know Gaga career is smooth sailing these days.

A good management for Gaga is a team of people that understand her vision and can make it happen for her. People who support her, advise her, do some reality check and don't get ahead of themselves. Cause I'm sure they had to turn down many business offers because it could have had a negative effect on her image.

Bobby has been building new image for her. And they are  going for longevity and stability.

Taylor Swift team might be very good. But let's just wait and see how all works out in the end. Much of what she's been doing causes major backslash. She did very good, and she's still riding that success but they went overboard and there's no way she can continue the same route.

Can't you see how many incredibly talented artists never get the success they deserve, or never get recognized? Can't you see how the same movies, or the same artists, get nominations everywhere when so many others remain in the shadows? In an ideal world, talent would be enough, but unfortunately we live in a world with a strong economical reality - it's not talent that is rare and makes the difference, it's the way you manage it.
