She's a great vocalist with a great range, but she's really not quite at the level of Celine, Whitney, Mariah etc. She's still one of the best of all the contemporary pop artists.

Good voice, but isn't an icon - and ironically, what restricts her from that status, is her own self-righteousness. She's far too expectant, which is why what she expects never happens. She isn't content unless people are bowing down to #1's.

Last decent album she made was Alive few years ago. Her last album was pure **** except Sweet Talker song. Bang Bang with those two, for me is pure trash. 

She became so hungry for money, obsessed with selling herself.

You can have an incredible voice, but respect and recognition isn't just handed to you on a platter. You need to work hard for it and prove yourself over and over and over. All the singers she listed didn't simply achieve some level of fame and start wondering when they'll be praised as gods.

My lord. I don't dislike Jessie, but she sounds ridiculously entitled here. A little less waiting on peasants to adore you, a little more effort put into making great music worthy of adoration.

She does have a great voice...the thing is having a great voice is just one of the ingredients in the making of an big public personality...all these women she mentioned also had great sales at some point, charisma, good connections, luck, a close relationship with the audience and so many other things besides the ability to sing...I think Jessie lacks some of these other attributes right now...but she can definitely work on them...
