Intel X Gaga

I am extremely intrigued about this collaboration, and after doing extensive research, I think I have found the technology that Lady Gaga may be using during her performance. I have researched and looked into all of Intel's latest technology (especially the stuff showcased at CES) and I failed to find anything that I could see Gaga implementing as the main "wow" factor of her performance...until I stumbled upon this:

While this technology is not necessarily new, it is something that Intel has been working on. Unfortunately, I could not find any videos of face mapping technology from Intel themselves, besides a few glimpses in their recent ad campaigns for "Intel Inside: Amazing Experiences Outside." These videos are from other companies that have experimented with the same technology. I strongly believe I have found the technology she will be using as she sings on stage, perhaps even mapping on past Gaga looks, or even past people looks (David Bowie rumors say hello!). I feel like this technology would be extremely interesting and new, something Gaga is usually good at demonstrating to the masses.

Do you agree with me that this will be the technology used?

Perhaps they aren't showing it off too much because they want the big reveal to be with Gaga?

It would be interesting if different faces of legends were projected on to her as she sang a medley of songs, celebrating the legends of the music industry and pop culture (Michael Jackson, Madonna, Bowie, etc.), and her face transforms as she goes from song to song, ending with her face straight out of the Fame era, with that robotic, Candy Warhol-esque "My name is Lady GaGa" voice, demonstrating that she is able to stand among the legends.

That doesn't sound bad AT ALL.

But I'd prefer she debuts her new look or song from LG5 instead of something The Fame related. That way she would not be considered to have lied about 'no new material performed' since the majority of the performance was about other singers while only the last part of it was dedicated to her new album. So it's sort of a win-win situation.

Also I can imagine the GP, 9GAG and social network sites reporting about this groundbreaking performance which would also create publicity for her new album/single.

I don't think it will be anything TOO special. She won't perform the collab at the Grammys. I see it just being a commercial/presentation of new technology with her being their promo girl tbh. Nothing more.

Ikr? I thought there would be no way she'd sing another song other than G.U.Y.

But her objective was to promote her album, so I guess it's still justifiable she sang the title track. Also she wanted to keep her third single a secret before announcing it.

I believe her team will make good decisions now since Bobby is in charge.

But Gaga would be trashed to death by monsters if she does that. I think she's aware that when you mention Intel, Grammys and Lady Gaga in the same sentence, you better have something for us.

This seems very unlikely, as the technology has already been presented. It's not like she's gonna be some "cover girl" of a commercial/presentation for a piece of tech that will be shipped out to the masses after Grammy week. I think its more of a once-in-a-lifetime performance/collaboration that brings out the best talents from both Intel and Haus of Gaga. I guess we'll see though.
