Rihanna - 'ANTI'

This album is awful, I can tell why it took so long to be released. It's obvious some of these songs were rushed last minute judging by track length. The album just feels incoherent, the second half is just some lame attempt at  soul and it doesn't work for rihanna voice sadly. It's also sad that she's glorifying domestic abuse in Love on the Brain.

The tracks that save this album from being a total disaster imo is Kiss It Better, Desperado and same old mistakes (which is a ripoff)

I'm more bothered that the production and tempo and everything are almost identical :smh:

It's one of the best songs on the album too :air:

Well, as you said its almost identical to the original and Kevin Parker is a genius producer.

Pink flamingos always fascinated me.

I have a feeling she's gonna pull a Gaga and switch her single to "Kiss It Better". Its trending on Twitter and a very good song.

They aren't part of the album anymore because she wanted to go a different direction.

Consideration, Yeah I said It, and Same Ol Mistakes are the strongest songs she has ever released. Honestly.

Work sucks and I dont really care for Close To You or Needed Me but everything else is surprisingly strong. I had literally just written this album off after hearing Work but I was wrong. Hands down her best album. Anyone saying otherwise is either just anti-rihanna or being stubborn and holding onto the mess that was the release of this album. At the end of the day, its actually good.

And I really dont get why anyone cares that the 2015 singles arent on the standard edition. maybe theyll be bonus tracks but if not, wtf does it even matter? had she included them im sure some people would complain that it had been too long and she shouldve removed them to make way for new tracks. thats what people did to azealia.

Judas Oyster

Woo is featuring TRAVIS SCOTT! I can listen to his voice here

OMGGG.. YES I was sad I didn't see any features.. and suddenly I hear him. He didnt say a word.. or maybe "yeah"

Haha what he even gave Riri's voice his autotune-style like right before 2:00.. so I guess it's more production.. Don't like so much the dead slow songs he's been involved in, like this, unfortunately :(

Apart from a handful of songs, it felt like she was talking over a never-ending trap lounge mix.

See you again in 2019 rih.

Same Ol' Mistakes songs like an old song, like 70's or something. Something like Pink Floyd but downtempo. A sleeping song (not in a negative way).

Wolf Boy

after all the bad stuff i've heard about the album, i'm pleasantly surprised by it. i actually think its rather good.

i like the alternative rnb vibe of it all, i think it works.

needed me is my favourite.

i think the whole album will really grow on me over time.
