Love her hair and the white contrasts lovely with her olive skin. It is also really hard to pull off oversized and baggy clothing as a short person, but she looks great 8.5/10 Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet. However, it doesn't get a higher score from me because usually I look for something a bit more abstract / eye popping from Gaga. Definitely one of her best "normal" looks though.
