This collection was very expected, full of the usual too high slits and cutouts. That cobalt blue dress was nice, but you could find a dress like that pretty much anywhere (and of course, the slit was way too high ). I don't see anything I'd pick out for Gaga here. Maybe that white and red jacket ensemble would be cute for going from the door to the car in front of the paparazzi, but that's about it.

On to Schiaparelli.

Yeah, Wang left Balenciaga, Raf left Dior (Apparently Sarah Burton was talking with the owners of Dior), Slimane wants to leave Saint Laurent, Alber Elbaz said goodbye to Lanvin, and Grace Coddington is leaving as creative director in Vogue US. What is happening in the fashion world?

That's alot to take in. could it be Sarah Burton taking the new role as creative director at Dior? cos that'll be quite a letdown. I'm hoping for Marc Jacobs, J.W Anderson, or Christopher Kane. Slimane has pretty much done whatever he wanted with Saint Laurent anyway so i don't think it matters to him whether he stays or leaves, I can't think of why he would choose to leave other than maybe he wants some kinda stimulation. Wang is good riddance. That Grace Coddington news is quite saddening though...

She wasn't, thanks god, I love her work in McQueen and I don't know if she has the vision for Dior.
