As for now, Björk is more "legendary" than Gaga, I think. With time, maybe Gagz will become more than legendary

For me she's the Gaga of the 90s, I grew up on her music, on her craziness and mystery.

Gaga is too young to be a legend, she's famous, but not a legend.

I think that while Gaga is more famous thank Björk, Björk has had a bigger impact on music while Gaga has created more of a pop culture wave.

At this stage , naming Gaga more legendary than Björk is simply ignorant imho. Most Gaga fans are young and did not experience the Björk's peak.
