Like, yeah that's a high probability but they keep on saying and asking "No one has claimed responsibility.... but do you think... possibly... it could be ISIS related?" Then someone responds "Well, we are dealing with terrorism but responsibility is still under investigation" Reporter "But Indonesia has been on high alert, right? Right-wing extremists would have a hard time defending their opinions on Islam being the enemy. Clearly, if Islam were the enemy, they wouldn't be killing their own people. How hard is it for people to get that IS doesn't give a **** about Muslims? If it's ancient or western-influenced, they want it gone. Lets also not forget they bombed Beirut literally a day before Paris, but Paris' bombings overshadowed any other attacks due to the fact it was a European country. It was covered more than any other attack, downplaying the numerous attacks IS made beforehand. However, this attack is more isolated and hopefully media will pick it up. Most notably the Bali bombings of 2002 and 2005. In the previous cases Australian tourists have partly been the target, as it is a very popular holiday destination. It's actually cheaper for Australians to travel to Indonesia than to the other side of Australia because of distance. I'm not saying that this is the reasoning here, just that Australian's have been targeted in the past. In 2009 there was bombings in Jakarta. Seven people died.
