I never listened to his music but I gotta say that the 3 songs I've heard so far from Blackstar, I might give a try to his earlier work as well , depending on how I feel like

Well, try this compilation album, Nothing Has Change if you like to hear his past sounds.

It got 3 CDs in it, it might give you ideas, since might be take a lot of time if you are going to

check his discography one by one.

I wish I didn't have today off from work because I'm at home alone with Bowie's entire discography on shuffle and 3 seconds away from crying at any given moment.  This is a big ****ing deal.  So sad, and yet so glad to be a fan and thankful that I did see him in concert.  He was truly one of a kind.  My deepest sympathies to his friends and family.  Ugh.  I'm just hollow today.

I've always been a massive fan of David Bowie, so when this news came to me after school today, it actually hit me quite hard.

I am so gutted. What a legend. Just a week ago I was watching his new MV Lazarus and thought he looked incredibly pale. He was making music the entire time he was sick. He died doing what he loved. Such a sad day in music history. :(

This has great shots of flowers being placed all around  that were connected to him,  There's also a photo of him December 7 attending the opening of the off-Broadway play he collaborated in writing, Lazarus, and I think he looked great for 69..  He must have taken a turn for the worse in recent weeks.

I can not believe that David Bowie is gone and I was on twitter as I found out that it is true. I won't be able to even play his music for awhile, he was a huge part of my life and happiness and growing up, learning of all of the awesome music.

Now I am scared for Mick Jagger and Bob Dylan.

Aw, I love this tweet.

F**K. this s**t. Get me a space shuttle, a priest of every religion, a unicorn horn, and some duct tape. We're going to go fetch Bowie back."

Whispering

Tony Visconti, the producer who worked with Bowie to complete his final album, has released a statement saying it was deliberately created and timed as a "parting gift" for his fans.

In a statement on his Facebook page, he said:

"He always did what he wanted to do. And he wanted to do it his way and he wanted to do it the best way."

"His death was no different from his life - a work of Art."

"He made Blackstar for us, his parting gift."

"I knew for a year this was the way it would be. I wasn't, however, prepared for it."

"He was an extraordinary man, full of love and life. He will always be with us."
