I love Devil's Night and how the psychic said that the Hotel was like a rock concert of the dead. I can't wait for next season~ The future's uncertain and the end is always near. I feel personally offended that Ryan Murphy would let the modern queen of pop put her name on this garbage. I thought Ryan Murphy had finally learned how to end a series with Freakshow but this horseshit and scream queens prove he's a dumbass little shithole of a creator and Freakshow's finale was a total accident. All the little details of all the dead ghosts returning (even Wu and gay lumberjack, which was a surprise... and Marcy!) were pretty cool. It was weird, because this episode probably had the most tension in quick intervals (the flashback of Sally and the demon, Billie Dean getting threatened which actually legitimately scared me), yet also the most lightheartedness compared to almost any of the finales (I mean... Sally!). The scene with The Countess and Liz was actually incredible. And the final scene with The Countess was a very ominous ending. That said, I just cannot stand John's plotline. I feel so bad, but I wanted to skip that whole section of the episode. Like... non-redeemable, and I feel bad. 3 points in and ready for more Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes, all the characters got their happy endings but there was no mystery as to how it was going to end. I'm not sure if I liked all the focus on Billie Dean, I like how they incorporated the Devil's Night with her show etc but I there could have been some sort of climatic build up to give way to a greater ending with the actual cast. Also, what happened to Iris? She just continued to run the front desk as the only living one left in the hotel? I'm Chloe. Except the C and the L are silent.
