It is not a word that represents hate towards all Semitic people. It is one word that is hyphenated with its own definition. It's not the same as saying anti-gun which does not have its own definition but instead it's described by both words. You can look up the word in any standard dictionary to get its meaning. I don't want to continue back and forth. We have different opinions and that's ok. I respect yours and hopefully you can respect mine. I know its ok to have different opinions but I did not even give an opinion, I gave a fact.. you accuse someone of racism but until your prove that, anything you say will be invalid. The definition of anti semitism is racist.. the dictionary definition is racist.. isnt that what microagression means? it means your a racist without even knowing it because you were born in a racist environment? thats like saying we will continue calling Native Americans red indians because thats the dictionary definition. It's called symbolism. Trump's idea on banning Muslim immigration literally implies having a Muslim database, which is similar to having people carry a sign stating what religion they are. The Holocaust is an example of the atrocities humanity is capable of and if people use it as an example in contemporary situations that could spiral out of control, that is a positive thing.
