You can't even transmit that to science, there's no ground for it - natural order does not think in terms of purpose and ambisexuality is enormously widespread in the animal kingdom and yes it does in fact have major advantages for survival. Exclusive heterosexuality ànd homosexuality can easily be seen as the real abnormalities in human behavior. It's ambisexuality that is closest to "natural behavior".
