Guest Posted December 31, 2015 Share Posted December 31, 2015 Y'all realize this can happen with nearly anybody, right? He wasn't convicted (yet), so there's no reason for him to be in jail. He's not free, he's just waiting for his day in court. Unlikely scenario here, but imagine if he spent this time in jail and then was acquitted. Wish I could stop seeing his face in the news, but here comes this long drama of litigation and it turns into a circus since rich folks like him can afford the lawyers who come up with the most BS ways to keep rich creeps like OJ Simpson out of prison..
