Was Gaga shady to Katy first or was it other way around?

i remember gaga was pretty shady back in the day. when born this way came out she said that she didn't believe in people making songs using gay stuff in a novelty sort of way, to sell music. i remember everyone thought she was talking about katy purr. then, katy said "judas is a fart joke." so, who shaded who first?

 

then, gaga said she hated blonde pop singers who lip synched. and everyone thought she was talking about britney. but britney doesn't even know waht an internet is, so she was peeing herself when gaga went to her show (does britney knows what twitter is?)

 

then gaga said madonna's manager emailed her and said "gratz." about born this way. but madonna denies it. and then gaga said in an acceptance speech "i was thinking of u when i made my song born this wa. i love u...................... whitney houston." and then in an interview madonna casually respond with "reductive."

 

it seems like gaga shades EVERBODY! but everyone forgets it.

 

am i rememebring wrong?

I think Gaga started it waaaaaaaay back in 2008 with comments about I Kissed A Girl however th feud as we know it started when Gaga swallowed a rosary in Alejandro and Katy Perry called it as "cheap as a comedian telling a fart joke".

The Whitney thing happened in 2011 before the Express Yourself/Born This Way accusations came out. The whole "reductive" thing happened in 2012 conveniently when MDNA came out.

Gaga never goes out of her way to shade anyone, she just retaliates. Eg: "Seems like mechanical horses and green hair are the thing" and "I fink you freaky but you don't have a hot, 100k in S Africa that my sh*t".

As much as I love and worship Katy as much as I do Gaga, Katy seems to have started a chip of this (during the time she should have left her religious views out of her music career but as well had a bra that shot out whip cream from the nippluar area). The media saw it as a way to pit fandoms against each other as if we were in some sort of reality show, and for the most part it worked. Katy may have said some slightly off things that could most likely be targeted about the things Gaga did but it was basically a car out of fuel, the media filled up the tank while KatyCat's and Little Monsters acted as disobedient siblings in the backseat.

 

SLIGHTLY OFF TOPIC : 

I don't see the point of the beef between the KCs and LMs , we could be together, we could be legendary lovers. The only feud is between the two fandoms.

there is another 1. gaga told a crowd full of strangers while she was beng secretly recorded at the GMAs, "shh. dont record me my loyal fans. but i think that azealia bankz is rude and a ding dong."

 

so clearly gaga was even shading azealia bank, to a crowd of strangers! of course, azalia is a huge flop tho.

 i remember the gramys came out right after born this way was released. and the comparisons were already made. the comparisons were made the very same day the song came out. and thats when gaga said "my inspiratiojn, my love. whitney this song is for u!!" personally i believe madonna felt she should have been mentioned and not whitney. it did seem like gaga was making it up, talking about whitney houston. because whitney was known for singing looong notes "AND IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII" but gagas song was not vocally hard at all.

 

but im sure Mrs. Madonna wanted attention tho too. i believe thats the only promo her album got anyway.
