Plenty of artists opt to release music without labels, or at least with indie labels. She's not obliged to sign a deal just because she makes music, that's ridiculous. There's plenty you could say is wrong with her attitude but that is not one. You're entitled to your wrong opinion lol Shameless selfpromo

How is it that a perfectly reasonable discussion always comes to this on GGD It's not even an opinion, she just doesn't want a label lmao. You clearly just don't like Azealia so made this thread to bash her. Talk about a bad attitude. PS it's *career. Moron.

LoveandMagic 1,731
I think her outspoken opinions have been a turn off for many people, but as others have said, there are far worse people out there that make it big and still have hits and a very supportive base. Probably her problem is that she isn't big enough yet to get the kind of radio play that would make others focus on the music and keep the controversy from overshadowing her work. She's very talented, and going to jail and doing controversial things isn't anything new in rap music. She could survive all that, but she doesn't yet have a big enough audience. If she hadn't had many problems with some of her collaborators, I feel she would certainly be a much bigger star and likely more recognized for the music. Now she's way more known for her infamous twitter account than anything else, so people are likely not wanting to give her chance. Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."
