Fyi, TF/M was her most commercially successful and at the same time her most critically acclaimed era. Not to mention it was only her pop era that gave her grammies. She was a real artist ever since. Thank you. I can't with some fans sh!tting on the albums and eras that shot gaga to this other worldly stardom!

It's obvious how different it is Adele could release her fart and still manage to sell 1m in the first week. Gaga is not coming from a 30m selling era,she didn't release her last album 4 years ago and she also isn't known for vocal oriented music. So it's obviously not the same

Gaga has been fighting against that her entire career. People know Gaga is a great vocalist now, and her potential fanbase is much larger than just dance-pop oriented club kids. I DO want her to do something different. And I am very excited about it! I am just saying that commercially it's definitely a risk... Monsterclaw 500
I really hope that #LG5 will be her ,,Like A Prayer". That was the first Madonna record that broke up with her former self and made her timeless, but it also still felt true. ARTPOP was too artsy-fartsy as would say and it was overhyped for general public - it wasn't a bad album itself, it's normal that not every record gonna reach the highest peak - the same happened to Madonna, Michael or even Queen B. But she should choose her battles wisely this time and find a new, epic sound while still staying true to herself. With great promotion she could have a half of succes - look at 25 or Self-Titled by Beyonce - both album are just fine, but nothing spectacular, yet everyone loved them. And i believe she can make another great bops and take her music to another level. I guess time will tell.

I think nearly every shot we've seen of RedOne lately has a guitar in the picture, for what that's worth. Fingers crossed it's a funk pop album tbh. Sudarshana 581
I wonder what kind of songs she is writing now that she is in a happier place. Her previous successful works were much influenced by insecurities and tragic relationships. Will she continue to write about Lüc, like she did on Brooklyn Nights?
