Selena isn't too. Both are at Interscope. Is it a label decision? Or maybe, the performance will be on VEVO and Interscope asked Billboard to keep the performance for VEVO? Stay tuned. I mean, remember when TSOM was uploaded by different channels and it got 30 million views from those videos alone?
