There are people like @River who try to be more neutral in these topics...and in Israel there are human rights groups like Yesh Din and B'Tselem who document everything and speak against Israeli government actions but their voices are not much heard.

Perhaps instead of Nazis, the term fascists is more appropriate/agreeable? 

Nazi is a very loaded term, and even if one is angry at what certain elements of Israeli politics/society are doing, it does the debate more harm than good to start throwing the term Nazi around as the argument then becomes about the use of the term 'Nazi'.
