She doesn't wear fake fur though She has defended fur. I'm not against her wearing fur, but there's no need to cover her ass. She has literally defended the wearing of fur years ago and hasn't stopped wearing it.

I think being overtly emotional about this topic is not a good thing because if you actually care about this problem (which I'm sure you do) it's important to act in a rational way. Otherwise you will achieve nothing. The emotional reaction is anger, frustration, and thirst for justice. And in this thought process it's very easy to start pointing fingers and blaming people who have nothing to do with the actual problem. This is what PETA does. They seek justice by harassing and humiliating people who have nothing to do with it, because it give you immediate satisfaction and comfort, feeling like you actually did something. This is Wrong. Demanding that Gaga stops wearing fur is wrong, and shaming her for wearing fur is wrong. (I understand that you don't do this, you're just suggesting something. I'm just pointing it out) Yes! I agree animals should be used for meat but they need to be treated well and not get tortured like this. GGD Presidential Elections

eifulien 2,954
I watched the whole video and I am devastated by the pictures of the animals. But even though these practices are wrong on so many levels, that guy with his annoying voice has no right to intimidate the people who wore fur. Like if I was wearing fur and he came, he would have been sent urgently to the dentist for new teeth, sorry not sorry. He could use this anger and energy elsewhere, maybe the companies that produce the fur, not yell at what is end consumers of fur. He is just putting the blame on the wrong end. Following this logic, we should stop mining for diamonds, and many more examples could be given but I don't think these industries can be killed easily, humanity has to mature much more in order for that to be possible. So it's the fault of the current capitalist structure that we live in - corporations and profits are put before human beings, that's the reality. Morphine Prince 105,673
As long as the fur comes from companies that obtain it in humane ways, I have no problem with it. PETA is trash.
Warholian 6,880
Anything put out by organizations with a specific agenda is going to be biased and an inaccurate portrayal of what actually goes on. Animals being beaten and tortured is nonsensical and rare and serves no purpose whatsoever in the process of getting fur from them. In the end, animals are just as likely to be treated horribly when they're being held for meat, even more so when we're talking about how things are prepared. If you eat meat you're just a hypocrite if you somehow think wearing fur is disgusting. Both processes can be and are done 'humanely' based on how you see things. Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?

Like when she said: I stayed away from skinned furs but actually just because the good ones are too expensive for me like She could've been way more clearer and said what you just said but she chose to intentionally antagonize people while claiming to be a representative for animal rights. She just made herself look stupid.

I'll probably get a genuine fur stole sometime in the future. I'm not killing animals, and my purchase will mean nothing compared to everyone else's purchases. It'll make little difference in the fur industry at all, so I'm not going to feel ashamed. I'm not suddenly increasing the demand of fur. It's a marginal difference. Said every single person buying fur this year, thus increasing the demand of fur... This is not an argument and I hope you know it... Should I vote for Trump, because my vote won't make a difference? But I'm only a man and I do what I can.
