i'm worried If she has to sing this song at the Grammys (for example) she will struggle to hit that high note and people will label her as "she can't sing!" It sounds so out of her comfort zone and it's clear its a hard note for her to reach

I agree it didn't Sound good. But neither does it Sound good when Sia or Rihanna's voices does it. Yet they get praised for it.

dont know bout rihanna but sia does it always on purpose and it sounds amazing. listen to her Alive performances she usually breaks it after the bridge and it gives the song  a lot more power. gaga just didnt do it on purpose and her voice cracked. i agree. but with some rehearsal she can hit it right. if she sang the sound of music with 2 month of practice she can sing anything with enough preparation. i dont think she rehearsed this performance a lot since she was busy with AHS.

I don't know if y'all realize how hard that song would be for her to sing. That's probably one the highest note she's hit in a recorded song since she got signed. Plus, the way it builds up to it seems like it makes it even harder. I give her props for even trying. That's a doozy. She's improving on it already; this is much better than the first live performance of it.
