We know for ARTPOP at least that isn't true at all. For most of the tracks she just wrote over existing beats made by her producers.

Except she still wrote all of it, and produced alot of it. But the whole point here is about having talent. And Gaga has pleny of it.

It hurts many people that that are people that just have that thing. It's a new kind of craft.

Music industry shouldn't stop hiring people like Rihanna. Because i don't even understand what's people like Rihanna. There's nothing wrong about being hot.

There is nothing wrong with having that thing or being hot. What is wrong is when that is all they have want to be musical artists.

Rihanna is 5'8, she could be a good model cuz her face is gorgeous. :flutter:

Yah know in-case she gets tired...

She's too old and too curvy. She could do plus sized modeling. (I know, it is sad that models are usually a size one and "plus size" models are around a six of eight.)

I will give you the passionate and energy aspects of Katy. But she is not a good performer.

I agree that Rihanna might not be the best artist out there, but hell this woman has one of the most beautiful voices ever. She's a great performer in addition.

No.. I mean, Rihanna, Katy,... are all hard-working artists who became popular because of their uniqueness, even if it's just the sound of a voice (Rihanna and Katy's voice can be picked out of a million).

And I'm also quite shocked that you don't mention male artists. I actually think this is interesting to point out: I think that ("untalented") female artists are bashed only a trillion times harder than male ones. Very ugly tendency if you ask me.

the title should've been "Should the music industry stop hiring people like Katy"?just saying

OT:Rihanna Is talented. She makes killer music, can sing live(although sometimes she gets out of breath)has one of the most unique voices in the music industry and her style is always changing whether its her fashion or her music. She's a fashion icon and has her 8 Grammys to claim her spot in the music industry :bye:

i don't know why out of all the artists you chose to come for Rihanna,at least she's always trying something new unlike many other singers out there.:koons:

Well.. I can only speak from my personal experience. If I hear a Katy song without knowing it's her, I recognize her voice within the first three seconds. The same would occur if I heard her sing acapella. So yes, that qualifies as a unique voice to me.

Well, apply your rules equally. Gaga has been misidentified at least 10x on this forum for years now, so maybe two singers isn't even that bad after all :gaycat:

I guess she doesn't have a unique voice either then. Too bad.
