JusKeepBreathin 19,311
First of all I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I have to say a couple of things don't add up in the San Bernardino shooting. 1. Where the hell is the third shooter? 2. Witnesses saw 3 white men in tactical gear carrying assault rifles. Not a 90lb woman. Those were my two main questions. Don't be too harsh on me. I only had the first two questions I wrote on my mind. Church 849
Yet again there was another "drill" going on in the same area, for the same type of thing, earlier that day. Just like there was for 9/11, Sandy Hook, Colorodo movie theater dude, ect. So weird. So so weird. I hope people actually look into things for themselves and not blindly follow what the media says or what conspiracy theorists say, look into it yourself and make your own judgement. I personally, think it didn't happen the way we are being told it did. kiss kiss

I think it's really hard to find out exactly what happened and what was and wasn't said when the main sources for finding out what went down that day are from the media. The other way to make a judgement about it would be to listen to theorists who may not always be the most trustworthy/unbiased. So long story short, I'm confused. Nemo 4,410
The key to understanding these "discrepancies" is simply knowing how unreliable eyewitness testimony is, especially in the heat of the (very hot) moment. Any time something like this happens, we get a flow of contradictory initial reports. But that's just the nature of it. It shouldn't be taken as grounds for suspicion when some of those initial reports prove wrong. Some always do, because people have different perceptions of events, and some -- probably all -- are at least a little bit wrong. http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/do-the-eyes-have-it/

Why would the people asked say they saw white men? That would be the least likely threat on there minds. Either way I do agree that people's perceptions of events can be altered by anxiety of the situation they are in. River 127,521
@just4fun When 2 guys stole my iPhone, I had to describe their look to the police, they both have dark skin (they were not black or Muslims), but I said that one of them had white skin, because this is what I saw, maybe the sun did the good effect on his skin, I don't know.. but anyway, the guy was not white at all.. So what @Nemo said it totally true.. I even mixed between their clothes and who did what because I was in a panic.. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

I guess the witnesses were reporting what they saw from the shooters necks, around their eyes and possibly their hands. They weren't black, so people in panic mode reported them as white. What else do you report if you don't see their face? Tan? Brown? Also, the shooters were in tactical gear, so you can't tell if they are a male or female. I guess the default in a situation like this, with witnesses that are scared for their life and watching people they work with get blown away, defaulted to thinking a male would be dressed that way and operating a gun in that way.
