Eh, I like it to an extent. Like, it's easy for me to differentiate Valentino and Tristan, but they could have written Tristan a bit better before they sent him off (though, just within the confines of the episode itself, it was great characterization; just wished they explored it more beforehand).

That said, here's to hoping they can write this a bit more smoothly, which I believe they can. The problem hasn't necessarily been the acting, or even the characterization- more instead the pacing and spacing of the narrative.

That said, will the writers pull through with the "Hotel is connected to all seasons" idea? They've done it spectacularly with connecting it to season 1, but I've yet to see any other connections to other seasons.

Yet, I'm not sure if I want full-blown narrative connections, as it could be convoluted. Maybe just a hint-hint here or there?

Also, I'm still gunning through with the "Countess is genetically a witch" theory. Have they even explored as to why she seems to be the most powerful one out of all the infected shown so far? With the possible teleportation and mind-control everything.

I think it was their intention with Emma Roberts being back, but like we know she won't...

It's unfortunate, because she recently stated that she wanted to (and that it was planned, I think), but scheduling conflicts got in the way with, like, another movie or something.

tbh I don't see both wandering at the same time in the hotel.. I mean, even here people are confused with Tristan/Valentino sooooo

but still with Tristan/Valentino, one had to die in order for the other to live in the series
