And because of being the only company that was able to afford latest efficient technology, they can produce oil cheaper than everyone else and turn a profit. Their large revenue from refining also offsets weakness in extra tion "Canadian Oil Sands" was the latest company to complain Suncor is putting a lot of pressure and fear mongering share holders insinuating they wont survive in these low oil prices and that being bought by Suncor and merging is the only option to prevent bankruptcy They are monopolizing Canadas Energy sector well by well, contract by contract and soon company by company by exploiting smaller companies struggles Suncor has vowed to go after US Shale frackers soon as well should they get desperate enough to sell themselves ultra cheap Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
