I'm not sure what's worse, being bribed to go against your word or outright going against it yourself  It is what it is I guess, I'm not personally too bothered about her wearing fur. I'd rather she didn't but whatever really, I just wish statements wouldn't be made against certain things and then actions that go against those very words themselves - then again we're only human so it's not like it's an uncommon occurrence

Well i have a friend of a friend that said that MTV made Gaga wear meat because  a lot of viewers were meat eaters. And this was in exchange for her to ask cher to hold her meat purse.

But that friend of a friend was just a friend of a friends account on twitter that saw this and also worked at MTV but then again they were just friends or her friends lol

I highly doubt that any body made THE LADY GAGA (massively famous gaga) do anything. Considering Gaga sells massive amounts of Magazines, at least back then.

She wore fur because she simply wanted to wear fur, no one makes her, pays her or forces her to wear anything. If no one controlled her fashion when she started blowing up you better redneckonize no one will at that height of her career. IMO

Hmm, that's interesting, and I actually believe it tbh. I've never told anyone this before, but I used to intern at Elle many years ago and there was talk that her label had to pay to get her on the cover and that she never gave back all the sample clothes, but the magazine didn't want to call her out for PR reasons.

See how easy it is? Not saying what your friend said simply can't be true, but I'm reluctant to believe everything I hear.

I feel like this makes no sense for Vogue to dictate her to wear it on her own time. I feel it would have been easier just to go directly to her and offer her fur pieces to wear in front of paparazzi and foster a mutually beneficial relationship that way. It also would have made more sense to put her in a fur on the cover and/or have a fur heavy editorial.
